Series
Course Maps & Description
A trail route on mostly light gravel dirt path through the historic Third Winchester Battlefield. The 5k is one loop; the 10k is two. The half marathon is three loops with an out-and-back detour section on each lap. Check the course map for elevation gain.
Back of the Pack (BOTP)
What is the Back of the Pack (BOTP)? It is not a cut off time, it is actually a series we have geared towards people who average higher than the BOTP listed above. This allows runners of similar pace to compete with each other and get series points.
BOTP Pace: 12:00 min/mile
Water Stations
11 water stations will be along the Half course at approximately mile markers 0.9, 2.1, 2.9, 4.35, 5.25, 6.45, 7.25, 8.7, 9.6, 10.8, and 11.6. 5 water stations will be along the 10K course at approximately mile markers 0.9, 2.1, 2.9, 4.35, and 5.25. Two water stations will be along the 5K course at approximately mile markers 0.9, and 2.1.

Rain or shine or sleet or snow. We will email registered runners and post on social media if the race is cancelled, but this is quite rare.
